is the inventor, owner, grantee, and/or holder of the following Utility Models:

- An apparatus for injecting polymer in a worn-out ball and socket suspension part of a vehicle;
- A method for injecting polymer in a worn-out ball and socket suspension part of a vehicle; and
- A method for recharging gas in a damaged automotive shock absorber.
These Utility Models are registered with the Bureau of Patents of the Philippines under the name of Mr. Claro D. Cruz under existing and subsisting utility models.
Pursuant to a licensing agreement entered into with Mr. Claro D. Cruz, only Clear Cut Components Corporation - the entity that operates the chain of Cruven Auto Specialist (“Cruven”) shops all over the country - and its registered sub-licensees, are licensed or allowed to use and/or exploit these Utility Models. Thus, Mr. Claro D. Cruz will take any and all legal steps to protect his aforementioned Utility Models from unauthorized use and/or exploitation by third parties.
The general public should therefore be warned that purchasing of automotive ball and socket suspension part(s) and/or shock absorber(s) which is/are product(s) of the unauthorized usage or exploitation of the aforementioned Utility Models, as well as availing of such type of repair services from persons and/or entities other than Cruven and/or its registered sub-licensees may expose the end-user/s thereof to VEHICULAR ACCIDENTS due to substandard automotive parts which did not undergo the same rigid and strict testing employed by its inventor.
Any person and/or establishment using and/or exploiting the aforementioned Utility Models shall be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
All instances of unauthorized use and/or exploitation of the aforementioned Utility Models may be reported to Mr. Claro D. Cruz’s legal counsel at:
